Y'all can call me weird, but I personally think Germany makes himself a very easy tickle target, with the amount of times Netherlands and Denmark lifted up that poor man's shirt for their yaoi surprises or when they're drunk (like in this specific strip) {a friend of mine also agreed on this, xD}
