I'm sorry, but the extremely Canadian moose out in my yard says that neither Norway nor Sweden can have the moose costume.

And shouldn't Iceland be dressed as a cod?

@westofEden The Cod has been the mark of Iceland since ca. 1500. I have no idea where some connect a Gyrfalcon to Iceland. We have the word "Landvættir" that google translates as "Land-wetted" something that seems to be a nonsense word.

As iconic as we certainly consider the moose to us in Canada, they ALSO have moose in Scandinavia... and polar bears.

(Don't get butt-hurt. We at least have more of them than they do.)

We may be smaller and more timid than white and brown bears, but American and Asiatic black bears are total sweeties.

Moose are total dicks.

To note, bear is national animal of Finland, and swan is national bird of Finland

Adding btw, its pretty fun to sight swans during spring, you may wonder what that small iceberg is doing still in pond /if you live in northern finland where snow and ice is guaranteed) until swan uprights from its feeding routine, yeah swans do feed ass upright and head deep under water

I was surprised the first time I saw a white swan. I had only ever seen Australian swans, and white swans aren't what I had imagined, somehow.
