@SchrodySweden The story of the Norwegian flag is actually kinda underwhelming. Our national anthem tries to build it up with "White birch down by the hill, frames the line of bluebells, and a red painted hut by the road". The actual story is that we needed a flag, so we took the danish one, and put a blue cross in it

Today (18th of November) is Latvia's centenary. 100 years have passed since the proclamation of Latvia's independcence in 18th of November 1918. It is a momentous occasion.
I just wanted to share this information with You guys.
