My Faroese housemate's mother told me stories about the winter storms on the Faroe Islands. They blow roofs of buildings and cars into the sea, but you know it's really bad if the sheep start blowing around.
You see, the sheep are so good at predicting storms they hide well ahead of time, so if the wind can pick them up it's BAD.
@Jzinsky One thing is for sure, the sheep is not a creature of the air. They have enormous difficulty in the comparatively simple act of perchin'. (Baaa baaa... flap flap... thud.) As you see. As for flight its body is totally unadapted to the problems of aviation. Trouble is, sheep are very dim. Once they get an idea in their 'eads, there's no shiftin' it
I wonder what's like living in faroe... Stranger can come to your house freely.. Sheep can fly.. Drinking the hand sanitizer.. Mountain with no trees.. Kids playing sheep's blood... Library full of jesus's name... Iŏl everyday..
