Checking on the John Hopkin's site Denmark has over 900 virus cases so she might be infected, or looking after sick relatives or if she's in a medical or care role then she's quite possibly got something far more important than the site at the moment. Or some other real life crisis has turned up. Hopefully she's OK and those near her but she will be posting when she has time. Would like to see a new comic myself but lets give her time.
Thanks for the info. Could be a long while then but as you say she has far more important things on her mind at the moment. Hopefully she will be OK as that's probably the most hazardous category after the elderly to be in.
@rentechie I remember this happening a while ago too, the facebook was alive and strong, but the website was left for dead, it lasted like a month or so, it was awful, everyone was worried.
Nevertheless, though, so very glad Humon is doing okay, I check here every week for a new comic and would be devastated, as would most of us, had anything happened to her.
@Jonkaa0108 Humon probably won't come out with a new comic soon thanks to the Corona situation right now, but all we can do is hope that Humon is doing well and good, but is focused on their/his/her life right now.
lets see we have england, scotland and ireland, but no wales... guess we know where all the ladies are lol sorry guys it's our great singing voices, and our tendency to wrestle sharks
You know, last time I was in this bar I saw a few nice girls sitting at a table talking in a very British accent. So I asked them:
"Are you girls from England?"
And they said: "It's Wales!"
To which I replied: "Oh sorry, are you whales from England?"
And that's about the last I remember of that night...
@ImportViking bwahahahahaha yeah don't mess with Welsh girls they can swing as hard as the guys.... hey how else do you think we keep the dragons from stealing our sheep
@HeckHelloHiLol I kid you not, the guy's beard had the texture of a brillo pad. Extended smooching contributed to it. He and I are still together after *counts on fingers* 7-8 years now? We poke fun at each other a lot. He wonders how I manage to type with my short fingers, I tell him he has a freakishly high body temperature to the point I can't snuggle under the covers with him without sweating. (I should clarify that he has Scottish heritage but is an American before this gets misunderstood)
HUMON IIS POSTING ON FB. I am too lazy (and drunk) to search for Humon FB, Please post it as reply to this post. (will edit this post tomorrow)

There used to be a US comic strip called Li'l Abner, in which there was an annual celebration ... sort of ... called Sadie Hawkins Day.
The backstory was: in the fictional small rural town called Dogpatch, there was once a young woman named Sadie Hawkins whom nobody wanted to marry. Her father, in desperation, set up a race: all the unmarried men had to run, Sadie ran after them, and the one she caught had to marry her. (Sort of a reverse Atalanta.)
Sadie Hawkins Day has been held every year since in Dogpatch, in which all the unmarried men have to run, the unmarried women get to chase them, and any man who gets caught has to marry the successful huntress.
The [dis]advantage [depending on your gender] is that this happens once a year, instead of every four.
The cartoonist (Al Capp) died long ago, and I don't *think* the strip runs any more.
@NaCltyGrl At my High School in the Pacific Northwest they'd generally throw at least one Sadie Hawkins dance a year. It was simply a school dance where it was up to the girls to ask the boys to the dance instead of the boys asking the girls. The tradition has sort of faded away these days, and now pretty much anyone will ask anyone to the dance. I don't have any kids, but I have friends who have several. Just last year their middle daughter went to Prom with her best friend; another girl. No, they aren't a couple. They just wanted to go to the dance and didn't want to wait to be asked. Her older sister did the same thing about four years ago. She'd just broken up with her boyfriend but still wanted to go to the dance so she asked a girlfriend to go with her.
(That said, my Mother's maiden name is "Hawkins" and her grandmother's name was Mona. For some reason "Mona Hawkins" sounds like she might be Sadie's sister to me.)
