"You have to say 'Prussia is awesome' in German".The Kingdom of Prussia was the state of Germany from 1701 till 1918. His character having dark hair and a large mustache. He wears a black and white military uniform and Cuirassier helmet. He and Germany are separate entities as they have little in common.
Prussia was a major power in Europe being the dominate German nation after defeating Austria, France and Russia in the seven years war. His primary interest was to expand and unite all the German speaking nations under his flag explaining their refusal to annex Denmark as shown in the comic (Come and get it Big Boy).
