I would had knocked"Wales is a country part of the British Isles and was the second country of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to be introduce in the webcomic in comic dinner-partner where he is seen cuddling and flirting with New Zealand at the end of the comic and became lovers threw the series and even had a daughter (New South Wales) together. Even though Wales hasn't made interaction with the other British countries, he interacted with all them including a debut character Northern Ireland in the first Satw Mini Comic Book, The British Isles mini-comic-book were he as the main character.
Wales is a kind and gentle nation who can lift up a shark by it's tail to save children http://satwcomic.com/it-s-all-about-the-children , who loves New Zealand, romantically despite her being a sheep, they are both very aware of their love for each other, and it doesn't bother either of them that they are different species, and even had a daughter together. Though New Zealand loves Wales very much she threw his engagement ring to her into a volcano, (though that's only because she doesn't like rings) and Wales is not always confident in himself, even fearing that New Zealand would leave him for someone else, whoever that is not the case and the two of them a still a couple.
Wales has dark brown hair with curves that look kind of spiky a little, his skin color is slightly darker than the other British Isles countries (especially seen in the Satw Mini comic book..) he wears a Welsh flag, and blue trousers and black shoes.
Wales also had a "Original National Personification" Dame Wales (Wales) national-personifications who is a female personification of Wales (and the original)
